        McDonalds USA by Tim Ochs (Jennifer Milliken) Rezoning 1.77 acres C-3, C-4  and C-S districts to the C-3 district. Variance of Standards of the Consolidated 

        Zoning and Subdivision Ordinance to provide for a trash enclosure within the 

        front yard of Keystone Ave (not permitted, restaurant drive through service 

        units without screening, located on a façade adjacent to a public right of way 

        that exceeds 30 ft in width and off-street stacking spaces located within a front  

        yard along a public right of way that exceeds 30 ft in width (not permitted), 48

8:25 p.m.  St Vincents Hospital signage update by Denise Simmons AGI, Inc 

      presenting two sites for signage for the Ascension St. Vincent – 86th Street Brain 

      and Spine Building and also the Ascension St. Vincent 86th Women and Infants 

      Building.  

8: 35 p.m. Centier Bank, by Joe Calderon. The old Chase branch at the Greenbriar  

       Shopping Center sign variance. The sign is within 300 feet of the Greenbriar  

       Shopping Center Sign, a variance for the proposed Centier sign is required. 

       A Variance Application has been recently filed but it has not yet been  

       docketed. It is likely going to be heard in July.

NCC meetings will be held firmly to traditional rules of order.  In addition,

  • Meetings will begin promptly and conclude as scheduled.
  • All participants will aim to create a positive meeting environment, including respectful communication, limited personal interruptions, and a thoughtful attitude.
  • Participants will maintain a sense of humor and flexible approach to problem-solving.
  • Participants will focus discussion on NCC’s mission, needs, or interests, not personal positions.
  • Consensus decision-making is the aim of the meetings.
  • Participants are expected to become involved in meeting discussions.  Questions, ideas, and thoughts are shared with the whole group.  (Please – one meeting only).
  • Participants will respect the meeting agenda and the opinions of others.
  • Ask moderator for floor.
  • After speaking, allow two others to speak before speaking again.

NCC realizes that some issues are very emotionally charged.  However rude, abusive or insulting comments will not be tolerated.
