  • All motions must originate within and votes be taken by members of the Board<\/b><\/span><\/li>
  • Audience participation is welcome at appropriate times<\/b><\/span><\/li>
  • Meetings will begin promptly and conclude as scheduled.<\/li>
  • All participants will aim to create a positive meeting environment, including respectful communication, limited personal interruptions, and a thoughtful attitude.<\/li>
  • Participants will maintain a sense of humor and flexible approach to problem-solving.<\/li>
  • Participants will focus discussion on NCC\u2019s mission, needs, or interests, not personal positions.<\/li>
  • Consensus decision-making is the aim of the meetings.<\/li>
  • Participants are expected to become involved in meeting discussions.\u00a0 Questions, ideas, and thoughts are shared with the whole group.\u00a0 (Please \u2013 one meeting only).<\/li>
  • Participants will respect the meeting agenda and the opinions of others.<\/li>
